Philippians 4:6-7 "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. "

Why should we pray? There are many things I could say in response to this question, but this is one important reason why we should pray.
Prayer is the way in which God helps us to overcome our anxiety and worries.
We all know that life is full of problems. We all struggle with worries about our health, safety ourselves, our families, finances, etc.. In this reality, what should we do? The answer is, Pray!
It is often said, "If your knees tremble, kneel! So, next time. You suddenly gripped by a sense of worry, you can turn it into prayer. "

The Apostle Paul reminds us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything to God in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. The peace of God, which transcends allunderstanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. "(Philippians 4:6-7)

Notice that Paul does not say, "Pray about everything ... If you do this, your problem will go away."Instead, he said, "If you do this, you will experience the peace of God, which is much more beautiful than can be understood by the human mind."

But this does not mean that God can not or will not erase your problems, because sometimes he will immediately do so. But often, he'll give us his strength and peace in the midst of trouble. In other words, we are able to put things into proper perspective.

If you have a "God is great" in the sense that you see God as truly Him as God, then you will have "glitches".
Simply put, if you see your big problems, then you see the Lord your God kecil.Jika you look great, then you'll see your problems are small.

One of the things that made repeatedly by the Lord is the message not to worry and casting all your worries to God.
